Brenton Croteau
Brenton is orginally from MA and traveled to the left coast to attend Chapman University. He was a 2x All-American as an LSM as well as All-Tournament and All-Conference. He also earned an All-Conference award as a defenseman and was named a team captain as a Senior.
Rodrigo Hernandez
Rodrigo was born and raised in Irvine, CA. He attended Servite High School in Anaheim, CA where he was a three-year varsity starter and captained the squad his senior year. After high school, Rodrigo moved east to play at Salve Regina University, a Division III program in Newport, RI. During his time there, he helped the team win it's first ECAC New England championship in 2014.
Jeff Burroughs
Jeff played at Chapman University where he was a 2x All-American. He went on to play in the NLL with the Anaheim Storm and MLL with the LA Riptide.
Tom O'Leary
Tom is from Huntington, Long Island and played his college ball at Southern New Hampshire University (NCAA DII), where he was a two-time captain. He has been playing for NBLC since 2010 and is currently Director of Boys lacrosse at Servite High School in Anaheim, CA.
Joel Schmit-Kallas
Joel attended Chapman University and started NBLC after his collegiate career ended. He currently serves as NBLC's President, V.P., G.M., Coach, Equipment Manager, Field Manager, Secretary, and Accountant.
Alex Elson
Zach Dutra
Zach is originally from Danville, CA. He attended Chapman University where he earned 1st Team All-American and All-Conference honors in addition to being named captain as a Senior. His self-proclaimed highest achievement was being a 2015 U-Lax Fall Ball Sweatshirt Winner and is proud to be an American.
Tim Crown
Tim is originially from Palo Alto, CA. He played two seasons at Concordia University before serving his country by joining the Marines.
Chris Brignola
Chris Brignola is entering his second year as the head coach of the Long Beach State men’s lacrosse team. Chris attended Drexel University and graduated in 2004. Chris founded the Long Beach Lacrosse Club and has organized teams that compete at tournaments in Tahoe and Southern California.
Austin Ray
Austin is a Newport Beach, CA native. He played three seasons at Cal State University Fullerton where he earned two All-Conference awards as a defenseman, and was named team captain in back-to-back years. Austin is now an assistant coach for his alma mater.

Sawyer Hulse
Sawyer was born in Scottsdale Arizona. He moved to CA and found lacrosse at Aliso Niguel High School where he made Varsity Sophomore to Senior year. In his final year, Sawyer was named a captain and All-League.
